Job summary

Janus Henderson Group in the United Kingdom seeks a NAV delivery specialist to oversee and control fund services provided by TPAs, ensuring timely and accurate daily NAV delivery to internal and external clients.

You will manage mechanisms such as swing pricing, fair value and performance fees, build strong relationships across teams, and resolve issues impacting NAV delivery. The role offers hybrid working, generous holiday, health benefits, and ongoing professional development.

• Oversee NAV delivery timeliness and accuracy for TPAs
• Develop and maintain relationships with TPAs and internal departments to support NAV delivery

Your opportunity

Support the business by overseeing and controlling the fund services and data delivered by Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for timeliness and accuracy of daily NAV delivery to internal and external clients.

• Understand the various mechanisms in operation across the funds ensuring correct application. For example swing pricing, fund level fair value, performance fees
• Oversee periodic fund accounting data delivery (for example month end NAVs, portfolio turnover and performance fee calculations)
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with TPAs and internal Janus Henderson departments to support the business with queries, transition events and efficient resolution of issues impacting NAV delivery
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

• Fund Administration and NAV experience, including various mechanisms such as swing pricing, fair value and performance fees
• Interpersonal/relationship skills, ability to liaise with Distribution and Product teams as well as fund managers and other teams
• Numerate with analytical skills using Excel, attention to detail and thoroughness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Committed team player able to work effectively with colleagues across functions to resolve issues impacting NAV delivery
