Reporting into the Founder and joining as our first National Account Manager, you’ll play a huge role in our continued growth in the UK and worldwide.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for both managing - and expanding - our retail partnerships with key accounts such as Boots, Holland & Barrett, Wholefoods, Waitrose and other national and international retailers, alongside developing new exciting retail partnerships to drive our brand.
About the role
You will ensure the successful execution of campaigns, optimise performance across channels, and identify opportunities to increase product visibility, sales, and profitability.
Develop and implement an effective retail strategy to increase brand presence across key retail partners and marketplaces.
Identify and pursue new retail opportunities to expand distribution across domestic and international markets.
Build strong relationships with Retailers (e.g. buyers and category managers) to secure premium shelf space and additional range listings.
Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional plans with retail partners to maximise product visibility and sales.
Collaborate closely with retailers & internal marketing teamto plan seasonal promotions, new product launches, and campaigns
Work closely with the operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow to retail partners.
Collaborate with the NPD team to identify market trends and influence product development based on retailer feedbackto maintain a competitive edge.
Monitor retail performance metrics (sell-through rates, margins, etc.), providing regular reports on account performance and suggest actionable strategies for growth.
Must have’s
Strong previous experience of retail sales or key account management preferably in the DTC wellness or supplements space.
Proven track record of growing retail partnerships with major retailers (e.g. Boots, Holland & Barrett, etc.) & experience with new product launches
Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and interpret sales data and develop action plans as a result.
