Job Description:

Role - Senior National Account Manager (Discount, Online & Grocery)

Company – FMCG Challenger Brand

Salary – £55-65k, Car Allowance, Bonus, 6% Matched Pension, Private Medical Care, Life Insurance, 25 Days Holiday

Location – Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office in Bucks)

Are you interested in joining an established challenger brand offering a nutritious and nourishing range of plant-based meals? This role involves partnering closely with buyers and category managers to build compelling business plans that meet shopper needs and create mutual value.

This business is growing, with the discount channel playing a significant role. Supported by a dedicated and experienced commercial leadership team, you'll have full P&L responsibility over the channel, primarily Aldi & Lidl, which currently accounts for nearly 30% of the company turnover.

You will also handle Ocado and potentially some Grocery accounts, depending on location.

If you are an NAM seeking more responsibility and a chance to work on £MM revenue accounts with a clear development path to Controller level, this is an excellent opportunity.

This role is challenging—SNAM roles are never easy. You will need tenacity to build customer relationships, confidence to negotiate effectively, strong communication skills to collaborate internally and externally, and resilience to persevere through challenges.

We require prior FMCG account management experience focused on the discount channel, primarily with Aldi or Lidl, with evidence of growth, securing JBP’s and CPI’s.
