Your responsibilities
  1. Craft and execute a leading-edge customer strategy, driving the delivery of sales, profit, and trade negotiations.
  2. Recruit, coach, and inspire your team members, fostering a culture geared towards achievement and collaborative growth.
  3. Develop and maintain robust relationships with an array of customer ecosystem partners.
  4. Utilise data from various sources to form compelling narratives and guide strategic business decisions.
  5. Take charge of the P&L, steering your accounts towards success and exceeding targets across all product categories.
The experience we're looking for
  1. Demonstrated success in national account sales within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or a similar premium brand environment.
  2. Additional experience in trade marketing, e-commerce, or marketing adds a rich layer to your profile.
  3. Solid history of managing P & L, budgets, and the expansion of substantial, complex accounts.
  4. High commercial acumen paired with outstanding communication, negotiation, and influence.
  5. A customer-first approach with expertise in nurturing multi-level trade customer relationships.
  6. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to form meaningful team connections and motivate a diverse workforce.
  7. A driven, results-oriented nature with an entrepreneurial spirit.
