Job summary

HiPP Organic is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead relationships with Sainsbury's and Boots. Based in Reading, you will own strategy, manage P&L, forecast, and drive growth across grocery and online channels.

You will line-manage the NAM, collaborate with buyers, category teams, and supply chain, and spot opportunities others miss. The role combines leadership with hands-on selling, requiring deep retailer experience and a passion for premium organic baby nutrition.

Qualifications

• Have owned a grocery, convenience or high street retailer account.
• Experience managing P&L and annual budgets.
• Strong relationship-building with buyers, category managers and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own Sainsburys and Boots strategy.
• Build relationships with buyers, category teams, online and delivery partners.
• Run P&L and forecasts to keep shelves full.
• Coach and develop the NAM.
• Identify and win growth opportunities.
