We are growing rapidly with studios in India (Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune) and teams in the US, UK, Japan, and the Philippines.

Our studio handles multiple exciting projects simultaneously, offering variety and involvement. We have contributed to major IPs like Diablo Resurrected, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Halo Infinite, and others.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Narrative Designer (UK time zone preferred but not required) for a fully remote 6-month freelance contract starting June 2025, with potential extension for 6–12 months.

This role is remote but requires working within UK time zone hours.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience as a narrative designer, with skills in writing and implementing dialogue supporting the player journey
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine and experience with in-game dialogue systems
• Ability to write and implement in-game dialogue, barks, and supporting text
• Experience collaborating with writers and designers on story arcs and narrative beats
• Familiarity with maintaining and evolving narrative design documentation
• Strong understanding of tone, voice, and thematic consistency
• Ability to connect narrative to gameplay through design alignment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable working across disciplines
