Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Highly Specialised MSK Physiotherapist (Band 7) to join their clinical teams across East Sussex. The role requires significant MSK clinical expertise, leadership experience, and ability to travel between sites to support MSK care pathways.

The successful candidate will contribute to pathway development, mentor junior staff, and participate in CPD and service improvement initiatives within the MSK Partnership.

Qualifications

• Expertise in MSK clinical assessment and treatment.
• Leadership skills to support APs, team leads and Rehab Lead physiotherapist.
• Strong CPD base with commitment to ongoing specialist development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MSK care pathways and integrate services within the MSK Partnership.
• Support APs, team leads and the clinical lead to ensure pathway delivery and service quality.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive clinical development across sites.
• Travel across sites is essential to support service delivery.
