This is a senior-level position within an established London private practice, and the clinic is looking for a Physiotherapist with significant MSK experience gained within the London private healthcare sector.
To be considered, you should ideally be currently working within, or have substantial recent experience within, a London-based private MSK clinic, with a strong understanding of the expectations and service levels associated with a busy private-pay caseload.
The clinic is particularly keen to hear from Physiotherapists who can demonstrate experience independently managing patients within this environment, rather than clinicians looking to make their first move into London private practice.
If your experience has primarily been NHS-based, overseas, or outside the London private practice market, unfortunately this particular position is unlikely to be the right fit.
This is a particularly exciting time to join a highly regarded and ambitious private healthcare clinic as they take their next step in growth with the opening of their second clinic in Putney.
Already well established at their successful Parsons Green clinic, the team has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, evidence-based MSK care. Putney represents the next stage of that journey and offers the incoming Senior Physiotherapist the chance to be part of something new, while still having the backing, experience and infrastructure of an established clinic behind them.
Rather than simply stepping into an existing role, you’ll have the opportunity to play a part in shaping the success of the new Putney clinic, helping establish its patient base, culture and clinical offering as it grows.
The wider business has developed a broad multidisciplinary offering spanning physiotherapy, extended scope practice, pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, respiratory physiotherapy, musculoskeletal podiatry, sports massage and Pilates, alongside links with consultant-led services.
Their approach is focused on managing the complete patient journey, from detailed assessment and diagnosis through hands-on treatment, progressive rehabilitation and objective outcome testing.
The clinic has invested significantly in its clinical offering and technology, including VALD ForceDecks and strength testing, alongside services such as diagnostic ultrasound, ultrasound-guided injection therapy, shockwave therapy, Clinical Pilates and running analysis.
Their culture is centred around investing in their clinicians, with a belief that supporting and developing the team ultimately leads to better patient outcomes.
For an experienced London private-practice Physiotherapist who wants to continue progressing clinically while also being involved in the development of a new clinic, this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark.
We are looking for an experienced Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join the new Putney clinic on either a full-time or part-time basis.
You’ll independently manage a varied and often complex MSK caseload across adult and adolescent patients, including both spinal and peripheral presentations.
This isn’t simply about seeing one patient after another. The clinic wants its Physiotherapists to take ownership of the patient’s complete rehabilitation journey, from initial assessment and diagnosis through treatment, progressive rehabilitation and return to activity, sport or everyday life.
As one of the senior clinicians joining during this exciting period of expansion, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to how the Putney clinic develops. You’ll be joining at an early stage, giving you the chance to bring ideas, help shape services and play a meaningful role in establishing the clinic’s success.
Importantly, you won’t be doing that without support. The new clinic is backed by an established team, successful existing Parsons Green clinic and experienced multidisciplinary network.
You’ll have the autonomy expected at senior level while having access to modern rehabilitation and objective testing technology.
Alongside your clinical caseload, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute to the continued development of the physiotherapy service through clinical governance, audit, quality improvement, research and knowledge sharing.
For somebody looking towards advanced clinical practice, there is also a particularly attractive mentorship pathway towards diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound-guided injection training.
To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to be:
An interest in advanced practice, diagnostic ultrasound, sports rehabilitation, rehabilitation technology or clinical leadership would fit particularly well with the future direction of the clinic.
If you’re already established within London private MSK practice and are starting to wonder what the next stage of your clinical career looks like, this could offer something genuinely different.
You’re not joining a start-up with no track record. You’re joining an established and successful clinic as it takes the exciting step of opening its second location in Putney.
That creates a nice combination: the security, systems and clinical reputation of an established practice, alongside the opportunity to get involved at the beginning of something new.
You’ll have the chance to contribute ideas, influence how the Putney clinic develops and be part of building its success from the outset.
Alongside this, the salary and bonus package is strong, with significant investment in professional development.
You’ll have access to a £750 annual CPD allowance, clinical and leadership coaching, modern rehabilitation technology and, importantly, a pathway towards developing advanced skills in diagnostic ultrasound and ultrasound‑guided injections.
For the right Senior Physiotherapist, this offers the chance to progress clinically and have a genuine influence on the next chapter of an ambitious private practice.
