LDN PHYSIO: Senior MSK & Sports Physiotherapist

Position: Part-time and full-time roles available; Permanent. Between 30-40 hours per week. Salary based on 37.5 hours pro rata.

Locations: Across sites in Hackney Central, Shoreditch, Kentish Town, and TBC.

Our practice specializes in MSK physiotherapy for athletes and active individuals, with referrals from orthopaedics, rheumatology, sports clinics, and self-referrals. We also collaborate with sports clubs and offer services like personal training, massage, acupuncture, and nutrition, with clinics such as 'Body MOTs' and 'Running Clinic.'

We have a unique MDT clinic for RED-S involving physiotherapists, psychologists, nutritionists, and sports medicine specialists.

Our team culture emphasizes support and development, enabling progression to senior roles.

Essential skills and experience:

• HCPC registration with ongoing CPD
• Current MSK physiotherapy role; interest in sports physiotherapy
• Minimum 2 years post-grad MSK experience in NHS or equivalent
• Experience with GP referrals and post-surgical rehab

You should demonstrate:

• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills, especially in sports injuries
• Autonomous caseload management
• Excellent diagnostic skills ensuring safe, effective patient care
• Empathetic communication adaptable to various situations
• Ability to manage patient pathways independently
• Knowledge of IRMeR diagnostics and ability to explain their use
• Interest in non-clinical roles and potential clinic co-management
• Adaptation of consultations for online platforms
• Willingness to engage in training and supervision for growth

**Qualifications:**

• BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
• HCPC registration and CSP membership with PLI insurance
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Clear DBS check
• Physical fitness to participate in exercise sessions with clients
