Arrow McLaren IndyCar is seeking a dedicated Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join their team at the McLaren Technology Centre. In this role, you will provide high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation to employees, supporting their health and performance in a fast-paced sporting environment.
You will manage a varied caseload and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote wellbeing and injury prevention. Candidates should be HCPC registered Physiotherapists with significant MSK experience.

As a Senior MSK Physiotherapist, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high‑quality musculoskeletal (MSK) assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation to employees within the McLaren Performance Hub at the McLaren Technology Centre.
Working in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment, you’ll manage a varied and complex caseload, operate autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the ongoing development of a proactive MSK and wellbeing service. This is a full‑time outpatient role (40 hours per week) based at the McLaren Technology Centre.

McLaren Racing is based at the iconic McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) near Woking.
