Job summary

Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Radiologist with a strong MSK imaging and emergency radiology focus. The post involves acute CT, MRI and ultrasound cover, plus elective MSK work, across the Northern General and related sites.

You will join a skilled radiology team and contribute to teaching and on-call duties. The post requires GMC registration with a licence to practice, and a CCT or equivalent with MSK subspecialty interest.

Qualifications

• Registered with GMC and licence to practise.
• Specialist register in radiology or eligible within 6 months of interview.
• Post-CCT fellowship in MSK imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute CT, MRI and ultrasound cover for orthopaedics, oncology and trauma.
• Contribute to general radiology workload and on-call rota.
• Lead emergency and musculoskeletal imaging services within the department.
• Engage in teaching, audit and service improvement activities.
