Job summary

Onyx-Conseil is seeking a Project Manager with extensive MS Dynamics CRM experience to lead CRM initiatives for an international client. The role focuses on cloud-based Dynamics CRM Online, architecture, integrations, and post‑go‑live support.

A strong background in Agile or Prince2 is preferred, with certification. The role requires a proven track record in deploying MS Dynamics CRM versions 3.0 and above, and will involve coordinating with stakeholders, writing specifications, and guiding

Qualifications

• At least 7–10 years of proven MS Dynamics CRM experience.
• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM Online in the Cloud.
• Ability to write .NET interfaces around Dynamics CRM for use by other systems.
• Provide post go-live support and fix application issues, not necessarily code.
• Assist with architecting the Dynamics CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports.
• Advise stakeholders on CRM, development or integration best practices.
• Write technical specifications for planned work.
• Create data migration and integration mappings.
• Install CRM components such as Scribe.
• Build CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports for customer needs.
• Lead daily communications with the customer on issue status.
• Participate in design and architecture sessions.
• Agile and/or Prince2 background with certification.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing post‑go‑live support.
• Participate in design and architecture sessions and define solutions.
