Job summary

Zurich Insurance is seeking an experienced Motor Risk Consultant to join its Casualty Practice in the UK. You will support motor fleet risk management, deliver client training, and provide consultancy to reduce losses and improve risk maturity.

The role offers flexible working patterns including part-time, job-share, or full-time arrangements, with a focus on delivering value to clients and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven motor fleet risk management consultancy experience.
• Experience reviewing fleet management systems and processes.
• Experience delivering training/workshops on road risk topics.
• Commercial awareness; able to pursue consultancy opportunities and targets.
• Experience with police fleets.
• NDORS or similar driver diversion scheme familiarity.
• Formal health and safety qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Perform motor-focused risk assessments, site visits and fleet reviews.
• Evaluate motor exposure controls and provide practical recommendations.
• Produce high-quality reports and insights for clients, brokers and underwriters.
• Design and deliver engaging road risk training/workshops.
• Deliver professional motor fleet and road risk consultancy services.
• Interpret evolving motor safety risks and translate into client guidance.
• Build relationships with clients, brokers and internal teams to embed safety culture.
• Represent Zurich at client meetings, events, and internal forums.
• Help develop repeatable motor risk propositions from client insights.
