Design Bridge and Partners, part of WPP, is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join our London team and elevate motion across brand identities, digital experiences, campaigns and social content.

You will own motion projects, mentor teammates, and collaborate with strategy, design and client leads to translate brand strategy into motion that is distinctive, engaging and culturally relevant.

Qualifications

• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating how you use movement to build brands, tell stories and create memorable experiences.
• You understand that great motion is about expressing a brand's personality, creating emotion and making ideas more powerful.
• You have expert understanding of animation principles, composition, typography, editing, pacing and storytelling.
• You will have significant experience leading motion design projects and contributing to the creative direction of wider brand programmes.
• You are highly proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator, with strong video editing and moving-image storytelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead motion design and animation across a broad range of projects, from brand identities to digital experiences and brand films.
• Translate brand strategy and visual identities into distinctive, coherent and engaging motion.
• Take ownership of projects, present and explain work to internal teams and clients, contribute to pitches and new business opportunities.
• Mentor other designers and creatives, help raise the standard of motion across the studio.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and brief external production partners when required.
