The role requires delivering complex programmes from inception through implementation, managing multiple workstreams, budgets, governance, and regulatory requirements across technology and business functions.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years' experience delivering complex programmes within Banking or Financial Services.
• Experience across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Extensive executive stakeholder management with Directors, MDs, and Programme Sponsors.
• Strong governance, PMO, RAID management, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale strategic programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Manage integrated programme plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, resources, and budgets.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams including Technology, Finance, Risk, Operations, and PMO.
• Drive programme governance through Steering Committees, Programme Boards, and executive reporting.
• Manage RAID logs, risks, and issues; oversight of change control and scope management.
• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, regulatory, and control requirements.
• Act as senior escalation point for programme-level decisions.
• Oversee delivery across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments.
