Job summary

Capital Private Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor to partner with Hamptons across Maidenhead, St Albans and other premium Berkshire and Hertfordshire markets, delivering tailored property finance guidance.

The role offers hybrid working, Monday–Friday (no weekends), and a motivating package with uncapped commission, an annual bonus, a realistic £70k+ OTE in year one, and qualified leads from Hamptons branches.

Qualifications

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• 2+ years’ active broker experience.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated, driven and ambitious.
• Confident handling complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, tailored advice on property finance solutions.
• Support clients with residential and Buy-to-Let mortgages.
• Advise/refer Protection opportunities.

What we are looking for:
