Job summary

Capital Private Finance is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our successful team, working with our John D Wood & Co partner network. This hybrid role offers a mix of office-based and remote work, serving high-net-worth clients across Surrey and the John D Wood & Co footprint.

You will provide expert mortgage and lending advice, leverage warm introductions and premium leads, and deliver a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' active mortgage broking experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with drive to succeed.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding sales performance and results.
• Ability to confidently advise high-net-worth clients and manage complex cases.

Responsibilities

Job description

Capital Private Finance is looking for an experienced and driven Mortgage Broker to join their successful team, working alongside our prestigious estate agency partner, John D Wood & Co.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-net-worth client base across Surrey, covering a number of our John D Wood and Co offices, providing tailored mortgage and property finance solutions.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week office-based and 2 days working remotely, offering flexibility whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

The Role

As a Mortgage Broker, you will work closely with clients to understand their property finance needs, delivering expert advice across a wide range of mortgage and lending solutions.

Working alongside the John D Wood & Co network, you will benefit from a consistent flow of warm introductions and high-quality leads from one of the UK's most respected premium estate agency brands.

What We're Looking For

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• Minimum 2 years' active mortgage broking experience
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to succeed
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding sales performance and results
• Ability to confidently advise high-net-worth clients and manage complex cases
