JOB ROLE

As a Senior Scientist (Molecular), you will lead the development and validation of molecular assays, contributing to the advancement of clinical diagnostic products. You will manage a small team of scientists, providing mentorship and technical expertise while ensuring projects meet regulatory standards. Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, you will drive assay development using technologies such as next- sequencing (NGS), making a direct impact on the company's growth and scientific innovation.

ABOUT YOU

You will excel in this role if you have:

• Hands-on expertise in molecular biology techniques especially NGS.
• You will be a HCPC registered Biomedical or Clinical Scientist
• Experience developing and validating diagnostic assays in a regulated environment (e.g., ISO13485 or ISO15189).
