Job summary

SYSTRA UK & Ireland seeks a Senior Consultant to support safe delivery of work packages and proposals within the Movement and Place team, collaborating across projects. You will interpret complex information, guide junior staff, and maintain client relationships to maximise opportunities.

The role requires substantial experience with Movement and Place projects, strong communication, data analysis, and adaptability to changing requirements. Hybrid working and private healthcare are offered.

Qualifications

• Significant work experience in Movement and Place based projects.
• Strong written & verbal communication of complex messages.
• Analyse complex data and report findings effectively.
• Effective time management of self and others.
• Background in active travel design and placemaking for all users.
• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Progress towards Chartership or relevant Professional Membership.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across Movement and Place teams for clients.
• Ensure delivery of complex tasks to quality, time and budget.
• Interpret and present complex technical information clearly.
• Guide less experienced colleagues on technical tasks.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; identify opportunities.
• Contribute to reports and stakeholder communications.
