Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Mobile Security Technical Specialist to shape the security of mobile apps used by millions. You will design and implement a world-class security framework, drive threat modelling and security testing, and lead tooling across Android and iOS within agile teams to protect customers while enabling delivery of digital features.

SALARY: £72,702 - £80,780 (Bristol) £84,051 - £93,390 (London)
LOCATION: Bristol / London
HOURS: Full-time (35 Hours)

Join Lloyds Banking Group’s Digital Platform team and play a pivotal role in shaping the security of mobile applications used by millions of customers across Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Bank of Scotland and Scottish Widows. You’ll help design, build and enhance a world-class mobile security framework, leading threat modelling, security assessments, penetration testing capabilities and security tooling across Android and iOS platforms. Working within agile teams, you’ll drive continuous improvements to our mobile security posture through research, consultancy, collaboration and innovation, helping protect customer services while enabling the delivery of new features and digital experiences.

Experience of mobile platform security, threat modelling and mitigation techniques
Strong hands-on experience conducting reviews of mobile application security posture
Experience developing and maintaining penetration testing tools, scripts, policies and procedures
In-depth knowledge of Android and iOS application security standards
Experience driving security improvements across mobile platforms
Ability to define and deliver mobile security frameworks and associated security services
Passion for mobile application security and protecting customer-facing services
Familiarity with mobile development practices
Experience with DevSecOps tooling
Knowledge of testing and automation frameworks
Deep experience using mobile security tools
Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, encryption and cryptography patterns
Experience proactively researching emerging technologies and security threats
