Overview

Senior Mobile Product Manager - Beauty at Michael Page. This is an individual contributor role focused on owning and evolving the brand’s iOS and Android apps, a key revenue channel and primary touchpoint for loyal customers. The business is subscription-based and aims to expand in the UK and Europe. The role emphasizes Ecommerce Subscriptions experience and mobile-first product leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the iOS and Android apps to drive retention and revenue, as a core part of the brand’s engagement strategy.
• Drive innovation in mobile features and user flows, and enhance in-app engagement beyond the website.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and architecture to deliver high-quality, high-retention app experiences backed by A/B testing and user insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage the app life-cycle: build → QA → store submission → phased rollout.
• Manage app UX in partnership with design and ensure alignment with product analytics and experimentation frameworks.
• Leverage AI/ML insights to understand customer behavior in Ecommerce and apply learnings to product decisions.

Profile / Qualifications

• Senior Mobile Product Manager with a proven track record delivering mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Extensive background in Ecommerce Subscriptions (D2C) is essential for this opportunity.
• Ability to thrive in a scalup (scale-up) and fast-paced business, with a strong sense of what drives product profitability.
• Knowledge of app-specific constraints and levers (push notifications, biometric auth, app tracking transparency).
• Experience shipping mobile features with measurable retention or LTV impact.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and architecture.
• Fluency in product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude) and experimentation frameworks.
