Job summary

Car & Classic is seeking a Senior Product Manager for mobile to own and evolve our native iOS and Android apps, shaping a mobile product strategy that improves discovery, engagement, conversion and retention. You’ll work with engineering and design to translate customer problems into delightful app experiences.

This role sits at the heart of a two-sided marketplace, balancing buyer and seller needs while driving monetisation and revenue contribution.

Qualifications

• Native iOS and Android product surface ownership.
• Experience in a consumer marketplace or classifieds.
• Experience using analytics, research and experimentation to improve performance.
• Ability to set objectives, roadmap and prioritisation.
• Understanding of how search, ranking, monetisation and trust affect both sides.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile product roadmap for native apps.
• Create intuitive, useful and seamless mobile journeys.
• Lead mobile product discovery using customer feedback and analytics.
• Drive commercial performance through monetisation and revenue focus.
• Measure impact using conversion, engagement and retention metrics.
• Shape app features with hands-on handovers to engineering and design.
• Collaborate closely with engineering on releases and app-store performance.
• Align teams around the right work to deliver meaningful outcomes.
