Job summary

Car & Classic Limited is seeking a Senior Product Manager for mobile apps to own and evolve native iOS and Android experiences for buyers and sellers. You will shape the mobile strategy, prioritize improvements, and work closely with engineering and design to deliver mobile-first journeys that drive engagement and conversion.

You will use customer insight, analytics and experimentation to identify opportunities, validate ideas and measure impact, while ensuring app performance and release

Qualifications

• Native mobile product management experience on iOS and Android.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces, supply and demand dynamics.
• Skill in data-driven optimisation and experiments to improve metrics.
• Ability to set objectives, roadmap and prioritisation for a defined product area.
• Strong communication to translate product decisions into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile product roadmap for iOS and Android apps.
• Identify opportunities to improve discovery, engagement, conversion and retention.
• Lead mobile product discovery through user research, feedback and analytics.
• Drive commercial performance by linking initiatives to revenue and value.
• Measure impact with metrics like conversion, engagement, retention and monetisation.
• Shape app features with structured flows and handovers for engineering.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality releases.
• Monitor post-launch outcomes and iterate based on evidence.
• Align mobile decisions with marketplace liquidity and trust considerations.
