Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking a Mobile Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing HVAC contractor serving commercial clients. The role covers sites across Manchester, Liverpool, Blackpool with occasional travel to Leeds and Sheffield.

You will service, fault-find and diagnose VRV/VRF, split systems and chillers, and work to high safety standards. Offering a competitive salary up to £52,000 per year with a quarterly bonus, Monday–Friday, 40 hours, and overtime on request.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer in facilities management.
• F-Gas Cat 1 Regulations certification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience with leading manufacturer systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic).
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and troubleshoot air conditioning systems (split, VRV/VRF, chillers).
• Perform routine maintenance such as coil cleaning and filter changes.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
• Inspect HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate repairs with maintenance teams and ensure safety compliance.
