Job summary

Zopa is building outstanding mobile experiences in its native iOS and Android apps. You will lead a team of mobile engineers, partnering with Product, Design and Backend Engineering to deliver customer-facing products that feel at home on each platform.

You will help shape the mobile roadmap, ensure high performance and reliability, and contribute to shared standards across the Mobile community at Zopa. This role focuses on leadership, technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Report into the Head of Engineering of Mobile.
• Manage a team of mobile engineers and motivate them.
• Deliver high-quality mobile experiences on iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape outcomes.
• Coordinate with Backend Engineering for end-to-end delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and maintain quality.
• Share learnings across Zopa Mobile and Engineering Management.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
