Job summary

Ideagen is seeking a senior mobile engineer to own the delivery of complex features, migrations, and AI-assisted development across iOS and Android within our global engineering organisation. This hands-on role focuses on building new capabilities and maintaining high-quality mobile experiences on our evolving platform.

You will mentor engineers, drive architecture and testing practices, and help set technical direction while delivering impactful features.

Qualifications

• Experience in native mobile development on iOS and Android
• Proven track record delivering complex mobile features and migrations
• Strong knowledge of architecture, modularization, and asynchronous programming
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex mobile features, migrations, and platform improvements for iOS/Android
• Drive high-quality engineering practices including architecture, performance, security, accessibility
• Lead the use of AI agents and orchestration workflows for feature delivery and testing
• Build and enhance automated testing, CI/CD, and release processes
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate to shape mobile standards and influence technical direction
• Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and platform capabilities
• Engage in AI-powered development initiatives and refactor efforts
