Job summary

Ainscough Crane Hire Limited is seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join the Stockton depot. You will operate cranes safely, assist on challenging lifts and maintain high professional standards on every site visit.

Ideal candidates hold a CPCS Blue Card for Mobile Crane operation, a full UK driving licence and HGV Class C licence, with a proven track record in crane operations and safety.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• HGV Class C licence is required.
• CPCS Blue Card with Mobile Crane Operator authorisation is required.
• Previous experience operating mobile cranes is essential.
• Strong understanding of safe crane operations is required.
• Professional, customer-focused approach on-site is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile crane safely and professionally on client sites.
• Set up outriggers correctly and follow manufacturer and company procedures.
• Conduct pre-use and operational checks and safe load handling.
• Monitor wind and environmental conditions and assess crane/load risks.
• Communicate with Site Managers and Project Managers on site arrivals.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting for each lift.
