Job summary

Invictus Group is recruiting a Mobile Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to service and maintain a portfolio of supermarket sites across Wales. The role covers 24 sites, with a salary up to £52,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, diagnose faults, and ensure safe, high-quality workmanship across multiple customer sites. This is a mobile, field-based role with standard hours and opportunities for overtime and on-call

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a mobile air conditioning or HVAC engineering role.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant air conditioning and refrigerant handling qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of 24 sites.
• Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide a professional service while working across multiple customer sites.
