Job summary

trg. in London is looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to join a fast-growing AI Engineering team. You will help deploy and monitor ML models, build reliable production pipelines, and take ownership of end-to-end ML lifecycle in a lean startup culture.

You will code in Python with FastAPI/Flask/Django, manage experiment tracking with MLflow or Weights & Biases, and apply observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana to scale infrastructure and ensure reliability for large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering background with hands-on experience in FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Proven track record of deploying and monitoring ML models in production environments.
• Experiment tracking and model versioning experience (MLflow/Weights & Biases).
• Background in startups or scaleups where you've had real ownership and worked in lean teams.
