Job summary

Arm is seeking an experienced engineer to advance ML software work, focusing on ML compilation technology, framework software, and real-time embedded systems. You will join a dynamic ML stack and contribute to end-to-end feature development in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead sizable work packages, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with the ML hardware team to optimize partitioning, performance and reliability across accelerator designs.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python and experience on cross-team projects.
• Source control experience with Git, Gerrit and Repo.
• Experience with agile software development, continuous integration and Test Driven Development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and architect new features in ML compilation tech and framework software, as well as kernel/user-space drivers and real-time embedded software.
• Lead larger work-packages and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate closely with the ML hardware team to optimize system partitioning and performance.
