Job summary

Bindbridge is hiring a Senior ML Scientist to build the next generation of an AI-driven molecular glue discovery platform. You will set technical direction, review methods, and scale ideas from prototype to production while translating biology and chemistry insights into effective modelling.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ML to structural biology, chemistry or drug discovery.
• Lead ML teams and set technical direction in fast-paced environments.
• Strong on protein structure prediction, docking, or molecular design.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and scientific Python tools.
• Commitment to engineering quality, reproducibility and testing.

Responsibilities

• Build models powering the platform from design to scoring.
• Set technical direction and decide what gets built and what is dropped.
• Review code and methods to ensure high quality.
• Translate biology and chemistry research into modelling strategies.
• Hire, onboard and mentor engineers as the team grows.
• Lead research-to-production efforts for AI-driven molecular design.
