Job summary

Bindbridge Ltd. seeks a Computational Structural Biologist to advance AI-powered molecular glue discovery for sustainable agriculture.

You will merge structural modelling with experimental data, develop scientific software, and build data pipelines tying together predicted structures, experiments and analyses. You will work across science, AI and software teams, learning unfamiliar data with support from advisers and collaborating closely with scientists and engineers.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in computational structural biology, structural bioinformatics or closely related field.
Experience using computational methods to investigate protein structures or complexes.

Responsibilities

Lead computational studies of protein structures, complexes and molecular glue-induced interactions using structure prediction, co-folding, docking, MD and integrative modelling.
Collaborate with experimental scientists to incorporate structural evidence into models and plan follow-up experiments.
Write, test and maintain reusable scientific software for structural modelling, analysis and evaluation.
Design and build data pipelines that ingest, validate, harmonise and version structural, sequence, experimental and computational data.
Develop and maintain data models and databases connecting proteins, structures, experiments and results.
Design benchmarks and evaluations to show where methods work or fail and how confident results are.
