• Led or built an ML Engineering or model lifecycle automation team at a high-growth company
• Designed model factory architecture or reviewed training pipelines and latency regressions
• Experience in high-throughput environments with latency constraints and financial impact
• Track record of hiring and developing senior engineers and shaping engineering culture

Responsibilities

• Architect the declarative pipeline turning a config into a deployed, monitored model
• Lead the Risk Modelling pillar and a team of ML engineers
• Own end-to-end engineering strategy from architecture to hiring and cross-platform partnerships
• Define and execute a greenfield build with strong executive backing
