Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Document Extraction to advance our global identity verification platform. You will build high-accuracy data extraction capabilities across diverse government and financial documents, powering secure onboarding and fraud prevention.

In this role, you’ll design scalable ML pipelines, optimize inference for real-time extraction, and collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to deliver reliable, production-grade solutions

Qualifications

• Production engineering experience with running systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production and model optimization.
• Strong breadth and depth across software engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate document classification and extraction.
• Lead technical design from RFC to production deployment.
• Build production ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of LLM models.
• Optimize inference, implement GPU acceleration, and design labeling workflows.
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and scalability in production.
• Drive RFCs, code reviews, testing, and documentation with the team.
• Mentor engineers and solve cross-cutting technical problems.
