Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Document Verification in London/Paris. You will own the roadmap for a core area of the verification platform, partnering with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science and Design to deliver enhanced verification capabilities.

You will drive improvements in verification accuracy, conversion, and fraud prevention while aligning with Growth, Legal, and Compliance to meet evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Numerically strong with product analytics and root-cause diagnosis.
• Strong communicator of first principles to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to partner with Growth, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the roadmap for a core area of the Document Verification portfolio.
• Analyze customer journeys and product performance to identify opportunities to improve verification outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science and Design to deliver innovative document verification capabilities.
• Drive improvements in verification accuracy, conversion, operational efficiency and fraud prevention.
• Work with Growth, Customer Success and Sales to understand market needs and priorities.
• Understand evolving regulatory, compliance and industry requirements affecting document verification.
• Use experimentation, analytics and customer feedback to validate hypotheses and measure success.
• Prioritize investments across competing customer, business and technical needs.
