Job summary

Oxa is building the future of Industrial Mobile Autonomy and seeks a Senior Engineer (ML Reasoning) to lead research and development for data-driven reasoning in Oxa Driver. You will train, evaluate and deploy state-of-the-art ML models to enable safe, scalable autonomous driving in industrial environments.

You will work on end-to-end ML pipelines, simulation-based training and cross-team collaboration, ensuring rigorous experimentation and impact across customer domains.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ML for autonomous systems or robotics.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Knowledge of GCP and ML lifecycle tooling.

Responsibilities

• Researching, developing and deploying ML models for autonomous trajectory planning.
• Designing scalable end-to-end training pipelines for large datasets.
• Develop simulation-in-the-loop training and evaluation environments.
• Optimize ML models for compute and memory efficiency in deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across autonomy, data and cloud.
