As part of the AI Platform team, you will research, design and deliver agentic AI capabilities, build scalable cloud-native services, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive

Qualifications

Experience with modern Python codebases and AWS or a comparable cloud platform.
Infrastructure as code using Terraform; solid software engineering principles.
Experience with generative AI and agentic AI systems; strong communication.
Azure Pipelines and Terraform experience desirable.
Mentor junior developers and participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for use in customer-facing features.
Design and build agentic AI systems and AI-powered product capabilities.
Develop reusable frameworks for evaluating AI quality, safety and performance.
Write and review detailed technical specifications for moderately complex system components.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
