LexisNexis Intellectual Property Solutions is seeking a Senior Director, Platform Engineering – Data Platform & Agentic Platform to lead the engineering organization responsible for scalable, secure platform capabilities enabling trusted data services and production-grade AI workflows.

You will collaborate with Platform Product Management to ensure reliability, security, and wide adoption across product domains.

Qualifications

12+ years leading platform engineering teams with SaaS or data-focused products.
Proven ability to design and operate scalable data platforms for AI workloads.
Strong background in distributed systems, reliability, observability, and fault tolerance.
Experience delivering production-grade AI workflows with governance and security.
Ability to partner with product leaders and drive platform adoption across teams.
Track record of hiring and developing high-performing engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery for shared platform services and data capabilities used by multiple domains.
Translate platform requirements into scalable designs and delivery plans.
Provide capacity forecasts, sequencing, and risk assessments for roadmaps.
Build ingestion and integration capabilities to improve data trust and reuse.
Define and manage canonical data contracts and API versioning.
Oversee agent workflow platform capabilities aligned to product standards.
Ensure production-grade evaluation, observability, and guardrails for AI workflows.
Implement security controls and governance with InfoSec and SDLC compliance.
