Job summary

Graphcore is a leading AI compute innovator building hardware, software and systems for the ML stack. The Build Engineering role sits in Software Infrastructure to scale and manage infrastructure, developing essential tools for build, test, release and deployment processes.

You will work with HPC platforms and distributed systems, ensuring reproducible builds in secure, sandboxed environments while collaborating with QA, development and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python/C++ (or similar language).
• Understanding of Build Processes and Frameworks.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Good communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal tooling for building, testing and integrating the ML Software Stack.
• Develop tools and processes for Software Releases.
• Guide developers on build practices and dependency management.
• Communicate with developers, tech leads and software architects about the ML Software Stack.
• Work with QA and ML Software Stack to resolve integration issues.
• Contribute fixes to the ML Software Stack.
