Job summary

Graphcore in Bristol is seeking a Build Engineer for the Software Infrastructure team. You will scale and manage our infrastructure, developing tools to support building, testing, deploying, and productising ML software components. You’ll work with HPC AI platforms and gain experience in distributed systems.

You will collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure reproducible builds in secure environments and contribute to the ML software stack’s evolution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and C++.
• Experience with Linux environments.
• Understanding of Build Processes and Frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing internal tooling for building, testing and integrating the ML Software Stack.
• Developing tools and technical processes for Software Releases.
• Providing guidance to developers on build practices and dependency management.
• Communicating with developers, tech leads, and software architects about the ML Software Stack.
• Working closely with QA and the ML Software Stack to resolve integration issues.
• Contributing fixes towards the ML Software Stack.
