Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 AMS support across multiple COTS and enterprise applications.
• Triage, diagnose and resolve incidents and provide workarounds.
• Perform root cause analysis for major incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate change, release activities and CAB support.
• Maintain operational documentation and handover artefacts.
• Work with vendors, Service Desk, and infrastructure teams to manage dependencies.
