Job summary

Qualifications

• AMS experience in a managed services or enterprise support environment.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Hands-on AMS/application support for enterprise apps.
• Experience with multiple COTS/business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 AMS support across enterprise applications with SLA adherence.
• Triage, diagnose incidents and communicate status to users and stakeholders.
• Perform root-cause analysis and preventive actions via problem management.
• Coordinate change and release activities including RFCs and CAB support.
• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
• Collaborate with vendors, service desk, and security teams to manage dependencies.
• Support monitoring, vulnerability remediation and license reporting.
