Job summary

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled L2/L3 Support Engineer to provide advanced application and platform support across enterprise IT systems and business-critical applications in Stevenage. You will handle incident resolution, platform administration and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in AMS in managed services or enterprise support.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident, problem, change, release, service request, configuration and knowledge management processes.
• Hands-on AMS/application support for enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting multiple COTS/business applications; exposure to SharePoint, SharpCloud, Visiativ, Pro-Sapien, Power BI is preferred.
• Basic SQL and user access management knowledge; ITSM tooling and CMDB practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 AMS support across multiple COTS and enterprise applications with SLA adherence.
• Triage, diagnose and resolve incidents; provide workarounds where fixes require change.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring/incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate change and release activities including RFCs and CAB support.
• Maintain operational documentation—SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles and handover artefacts.
• Collaborate with product vendors, Service Desk, security and infrastructure teams.
