Hawksworth is recruiting for a Senior Middle-Office Specialist at VP level. This senior role within the middle-office supports the Corporate and Leverage Finance Front-Office teams.

Snapshot:

• Senior-Level / Middle-Office supporting Front-Office Corporate & Leverage Finance teams
• Title: Agency & Transaction Management Analyst (Corporate Leverage Finance)
• £80k-£90k + Bonus + Package
• Location: London, City
• Client: European Investment Bank
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office per week

The role:

Provide middle-office support for activities conducted by International Trade and Transaction Banking, and Corporate & Leverage Finance. Manage complex loans as an agent or participant autonomously and support team operations.

Demonstrate expertise in financing and loan documentation.

Act as a liaison between Front-Offices and Back Office, assisting in the execution of facilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years supporting Front & Back office functions in a Middle-Office role
• Experience in corporate banking and corporate loans
• Adaptability and teamwork skills
• Expertise in financing/loan documentation review from an operational perspective
• Desirable: experience with Corporate & Leverage finance Front-office teams
• Good communication skills
