Job Description:

Hawksworth is now recruiting for a Senior Middle-Office Specialist at VP level. This is a senior role within a middle-office function supporting Corporate and Leverage Finance Front-Office teams.

Snapshot:

  • Senior-Level / Middle-Office supporting Front-Office Corporate & Leverage Finance teams
  • Title: Agency & Transaction Management Analyst (Corporate Leverage Finance)
  • European Investment Bank
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office per week

The role:

Provide middle-office support for transactions conducted by International Trade and Transaction Banking and Corporate & Leverage Finance. Manage complex loans as agent or participant independently and support team members.

Demonstrate expertise in financing and loan documentation.

Act as a liaison between Front-Offices and Back Office, assisting in the execution of facilities.

Required skills and experience:

  • 5+ years supporting Front & Back office in a Middle-Office role
  • Experience in corporate banking and loans
  • A personality that embraces change and enjoys teamwork
  • Expertise in financing/loan documentation review from an operational perspective
  • Understanding of or experience with Corporate & Leverage finance Front-office teams (desirable)
