Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager for MIDAS to ensure operational performance, reliability, and continual improvement of a critical roadside technology service.

You will lead fault, event and problem management, analyse performance data and collaborate across teams to maximise value throughout MIDAS lifecycle, with a hybrid working pattern requiring two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operational Technology, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• ITIL qualification (preferably ITIL 4 or V5).
• Significant experience managing complex, business-critical IT or OT services in a large-scale environment.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable service improvements through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Owns the operational performance of MIDAS and related roadside technology services.
• Analyzes performance, risks and issues; directs resources for continuous service improvement.
• Collaborates with design and procurement teams to feed lessons learned into asset life cycle.
• Builds strong relationships with end-users, suppliers and maintainers to improve performance.
• Manages service contracts, reporting and financial oversight; leads fault, event and problem management.
• Analyzes data to identify opportunities for service enhancements.
