Avanade UK Limited is seeking a Security Advisory & Client Solutions Associate Manager/Manager (Microsoft Security). The role leads security advisory engagements, shapes strategic opportunities, and drives growth for Microsoft‑first clients.

You will engage with C‑level stakeholders, deliver security assessments, maturity reviews, and regulatory readiness programmes aligned to ISO, NIST, CIS, GDPR, and related frameworks.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering cyber security advisory and consulting engagements.
• Proven track record in security pre‑sales, opportunity shaping, and solution development.
• Experience delivering security assessments, maturity reviews, and regulatory readiness programmes.
• Ability to engage with C‑level leaders and facilitate executive playbacks and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Security advisory & consulting – assess client posture, develop roadmaps and remediation strategies.
• Client relationship management – act as trusted security advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Pre‑sales & solution development – shape opportunities, create statements of work, support RFPs.
• Microsoft security strategy – advise on capabilities and licensing, stay current with portfolio.
• Business growth – identify opportunities and contribute to go‑to‑market initiatives.
