Job summary

NoBlue2 Limited is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to deliver CRM and business solutions for diverse clients. You’ll collaborate with architects and project teams, gather requirements, configure solutions, and support user adoption to maximise business outcomes.

You’ll work independently and within project teams, continually expanding Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform expertise while maintaining high client satisfaction and quality documentation throughout

Qualifications

Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects.
Good functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications and business processes.
Understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within project teams.
Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and gaining Microsoft certifications.
Client-focused, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Support the design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Facilitate and document client discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops.
Analyse business processes and perform gap-fit assessments.
Configure Dynamics 365 CE applications in line with agreed solution designs.
Create and maintain user stories, functional specifications, and project documentation.
Support data migration, testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
Work closely with developers and technical consultants to deliver client requirements.
Support solution demonstrations and presales activities where required.
Assist with issue resolution and provide functional expertise throughout project delivery.
Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Follow NoBlue2 delivery methodologies and Microsoft best practices.
Represent NoBlue2 professionally in all client engagements.
