Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Lead engaging workshops to uncover client needs and map out business processes.
• Translate requirements into smart, scalable solutions using BlueCRM and BlueCMS products within the Microsoft Dynamics and Umbraco platforms respectively.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 to bring those solutions to life.
• Present your work to clients, gather feedback, and refine until it’s just right.
• Deliver hands on training and support clients through a smooth go live.
• Collaborate with Senior Consultants to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and with a smile.
• Be a trusted advisor, sharing insights, best practices, and Bluelight’s expertise.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike.
• Spot risks before they become issues and keep everyone in the loop with clear, confident communication.
• Stay sharp on Dynamics and Bluelight products to deliver top-tier discovery workshops, training, and QA.

Product Development

• Work closely with our product team to shape solutions that truly meet client needs.
• Create high quality documentation and contribute to our growing library of industry templates.
• Help define and configure sector specific solutions that make a real difference.

Team & Culture

• Support and mentor junior team members (depending on your experience).
• Pitch in with support desk queries when needed.
• Keep learning and growing with opportunities for certifications and personal development.
• Bring your knowledge of the not-for-profit world to help us better serve our clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a consulting role, ideally in tech or CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Confident running workshops, documenting requirements, and engaging stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and writing skills.
• A team player who builds trust quickly and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Degree educated or equivalent experience.
