As part of their expansion plans, they are looking for a Senior Microsoft Purview Consultant to join the team and support their clients with the implementation and enablement of Microsoft Purview, along with associated M365 and Azure Technologies, including end-to-end data governance, compliance, and risk management solutions.

The Role

As part of a team, you will work on various Microsoft Purview capabilities such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection (IP), Insider Risk Management (IRM), and Data Lifecycle Management. Your responsibilities will include deploying and optimizing Purview solutions for data discovery, classification, and regulatory compliance.

You will design and deploy Microsoft Purview solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms to meet organizational data governance and compliance objectives.

You will assess customer environments and requirements to deliver tailored Microsoft Purview configurations, policies, and controls.

You will support and design deployments of Purview features such as eDiscovery, Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Communication Compliance, and Information Barriers.

Advising on and implementing best practices for Insider Risk Management and regulatory compliance using Purview's advanced tools.

You will collaborate with C-level stakeholders, compliance, and information governance teams to align technical solutions with business policies and regulatory requirements.

You will integrate Microsoft Purview with wider Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Azure infrastructure.

You will present findings and recommendations to customer technical teams and decision-makers.

You will provide ongoing support and advice to customers, helping them optimize their compliance posture through continuous improvements.

The Person

Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Purview solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

A thorough understanding of Purview features, including:

• Information Protection (Sensitivity Labels, encryption, etc.)
• eDiscovery & Communication Compliance
• Data Lifecycle Management & Records Management

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Azure platform integrations.

Experience designing or auditing enterprise data governance and compliance controls.

Strong documentation skills, including low-level designs, deployment guides, and client-facing summaries.

Ability to clearly present findings, recommendations, and technical designs to clients and internal stakeholders.

Passionate about problem-solving, collaborative teamwork, and creating innovative solutions.

Due to the sensitivity of some projects, candidates should either have SC Clearance or be eligible to undertake SC clearance.
